You may want to begin your search in your local area because you will need to go look at it before you decide if you want to purchase it or not. When you do take a look at a vehicle, you may want to get a mechanic to look at it also, especially if you are seriously considering purchasing it. Most classic cars are sold as is, which means they are not under warranty.

Another place to find Mercury classic cars for sale is Ebay Motors. Ebay Motors is a part of the online auction giant Ebay. Here you will find all kinds of new and used vehicles and vehicle accessories for sale and auction. There are categories and even themes under which you can search, one of them being collector cars. This would be the ideal category to begin your online search for the vintage Mercury automobile you've always wanted!
